I am sorry about the issue with your reservation. Unfortunately right before you arrived the room above flooded their bathroom which caused a leak into the room assigned to you. We only have 2 of that room type in our hotel and the other was occupied by a guest already. With being sold out unfortunately there was nothing we could do but move you to the only available room we had with 2 beds as you needed. The beds are the same in all the king and queen rooms. The front desk agent offered you a discount the following morning but as said you would have to call Expedia to get the refund as you paid them not us. We also told you at check in we could cancel your reservation and would approve a full refund from Expedia but you had to call them because once again you paid them not us. You did not want to do that and opted for the room we offered. With us being sold out there was nothing else we could do but the options you were given. A discount of $40 per night was taken off of your room. You will have to contact Expedia to receive that refund.
