Logan's Roadhouse

My entree was the surf and turf platter, sirloin, ordered medium rare, shrimp skewer, crabcakes w/baked pot and broccoli with Roadhouse rice. The outcome was, over cooked steak and grill marks only on one side! Crab cakes were for the most part, breadcrumbs and seasoning, with little crab and the specialty house rice was more plain that anything else. The 'mesquite' shrimp skewer had likely misquite seasoning sprinkled lightly on top but tasted bland. The steak was replaced with another, after flagging down the server, and eating some other things, and arrived cooked as asked for the first time. Rolls were flavorless, hard to imagine why. The entire cost was over $30, I will not return, ever. Was the reply written by AI? It was just PR, no remedy and obviously no incentive to return. Laughable.

Music was a little to loud..service was pretty good even though they were short staffed...food was pretty good for the most part, steak was a bit tuff..

Wow where to even begin. Food is definitely not any good. Ordered the ribs and they were tough to even get off the bone. Couldn't even cut them with a knife. Rolls and butter a no go also. Salad had stale unedible croutons. The fries were surprisingly good. That would be the only thing enjoyable from this location. Will not be returning anytime soon.
