Great place for parts and the people are always on spot to help get what you need or, are looking for. A nationally known parts store.

This is the most difficult place to work with. If you purchase something online or at another Napa store they cannot help you. The employees are rude and their deals are not that great. This store shows its age with their processes and I dont understand how they can compete with the other big box stores. Edit: The employees were rude at the store, and I was told I could not do my return without a manager. The manager was out making a delivery. Why would you not send a cashier to make a delivery but your manager if the employees are not empowered to fully help a customer? I was then given a hard time from the rude associate who was refusing to give me a core refund back due to the part being defective. She was not professional and combative towards me the whole time I was in your store. Then when the manager finally returned. He helped someone else with a purchase and made me wait in line yet again. As for the phone calls I am glad they are recorded so you can hear the unhelpful mess your company creates during returns and exchanges. Thank you for your reply it further iterates that the owner is just as unhelpful as the employees at this location. I will gladly not return to this store or any Napa for that matter. Bought a defective part and they refuse to replace the part. They did not mention anything about a warrenty or offered any kit to go along with the part. Horrible business practice and reported to HQ.
