        Equipment is great, gym atmosphere is great, the cleanliness is not. Its barely swept and staff are always on their phones. Takes maybe 20 min to sweep the floor on one side. If it was more clean, it would be 5 stars

        I set up a membership To help a friend get into shape. It was an hour drive for me after work so I had to write a letter to cancel. They charged me the annual fee anyway. It took a month to get it back. Now after I have not been a member since September they charged me a monthly fee again!! I tried to call and always get nothing but the run around. They say the fee doesnt show up but it sure went through on my account. Are you that hard up you have to randomly charge customers who clearly stopped their membership? Since I have received no call back and the charges are still there I have posted to all social media making sure others know to check their accounts too!!

        Great place to work out, affordable, good atmosphere, good staff, awesome tanning beds. A million times better than Ace Fitness in Plymouth. All machines are always in good working order, clean.
