Mental health is the backbone of our society. And youd think that being a facility that caters to that, theyd CARE more and provide appropriate services. I trusted them with my life. (As thats really what mental health truly comes down to.) They not only gave me continuous issues in getting my needed meds on time, but denied me emergency services in crisis. Would not recommend to anyone that has more than a light case/need.

ive been going here just for a psychiatrist for about a year. in that time they have switched psychiatrists at this office 3 times. the first person i saw was AWFUL she did not care about me or my health and she was a MAJOR name brand pill pusher (thats where all the money is). the second person was nice enough but i only saw her once before she left. the current psychiatrist seems ok ive only had one appointment with her at this time, she was kind and patient but almost tripled my medication after i said i felt over medicated so that was interesting. i have never met a good counselor/therapist at the bowen center so i go to an independent therapist. the general vibe i get from this place is that the staff is mostly friendly, but most of them dont REALLY care. for a doctor of psychiatry or a licensed therapist, they are very cold and opinionated. office is very hard to get ahold of especially for medication refills. i dont want to hate too much but truly the only reason i go here is because there isnt another psychiatrist within 50 miles of me that takes my insurance.
