        very much improved as of 2024. there are a lot of old reviews giving 1 star, but since those were posted the kroger pharmacy has done a 180. the staff are all kind and understanding, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and eager to help. calls are always answered and wait time is usually only about 10-15 minutes if its not already done. keep up the good work

        If I could give it no stars, I would. Poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Have gotten meds at other stores in the system, never had any problem. Transferring my prescriptions. Will never set foot in this store again.
