        Took our riding mower in for service due to a drive problem. The transmission was bad. Took only a few days for them to replace it with a new one. Working great now. Recommend for sure. Just want add that if you need a new mower ask for Mike and he will take good care of you. Great guy who knows his stuff.

        Terrible experience with the Plymouth location. Will not send another tractor in for service or recommend them to anyone. Tried to bill us for almost 4 times flat rate. Final bill was $11k higher than the quote. Explain to me how it takes 136.5 hrs to change a planet ring, brakes and rear axle bearing? Took 2 months to get the bill. Just to discover, I was billed for parts that were not used, and double billed for other parts. Jason Bane, please feel free to contact me. This was never settled. The problems were discussed with management, they offered a resolution, but never followed through. I do not even want to leave one star, but it will not let me post otherwise
