        Weve only signed for the windows so far. We havent felt with the time frame or installation process yet. The reason Im giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the cost. They are very expensive but we do feel that we are getting quality windows. Just not so sure they should cost as much as they do. There was no haggling, and even with all the discounts provided they were still more expensive than other companies.
