        When my husband walked inside he immediately said he felt like he was in the wrong place, it looked like industrial size rentals. We needed a small snake for a residential toilet. The girl was completely unhelpful. Did not tell us they closed in 45 mins, even after my husband said we only needed it for a couple hours. He called 10 mins after we got home and told them this too and still, they did not give us the right information. Or help in any way. Then we couldn't take it back because they had (duh) closed. It was (duh) too big for our toilet. And they still charged us the $50!!! The only thing they did was not charge us more for over night since we tried to take it back an hour after we got it, but it was too late by then. Something the employees failed to mention.Horrible service, inept staff, worst rental ever. Will NEVER go back.
