        Ordered "premium" flowers to be delivered through a 3rd party vendor. Flower power is the shop that they came from. A good portion of the flowers were dead upon arrival. Unacceptable to send flowers out that look this bad...

      We are happy to replace this for you. Please call us so we can help you. When you order from 3rd party wire service we cannot always guarantee that we have every flower in stock.       Andrew, I am sorry you are not please with what you ordered. We would be more than happy to discuss this with you and replace any product you are not happy with. We get fresh flowers in almost every day and sometimes we use them before they have time to properly hydrate. The alstromeria just came in yesterday and it takes a while for it to full bloom when coming direct from the farms in Equador. But regardless of that, I stand behind all my products so if you give me a call at the shop I would be happy to discuss this situation to see how I can rectify it. Marianne, Shop owner.

      Marco,, I specifically ordered your flowers for a Saturday delivery, i gave you a discount on the price of the arrangement. I made a beautiful arrangement for you exactly what you asked and then when you got to my shop you wanted it wrapped instead of I'm the beautiful vase it was in. Not sure why you are disappointed. I changed it for you. Not sure why you are disappointed I tried to do everything I could to make you happy.
