I had an appointment with portage..then they called and said the person that did my therapy left..they referred me to valpo. I had an appointment and had to have someone drive me..7am..I get there only to find out there was no one there to do my type of therapy..their communication is not to good

What a terrible company to deal with. I had therapy done in December of 2021 and January of 2022. They never billed my primary insurance. I contacted them and my insurance on MULTIPLE occasions and no one could seem to fix the issue. They billed me for almost $5000. My insurance has a contract with them where it is covered 100% for 12 visits. It took me until January of 2024 to finally get every fixed and paid. ATI still sent me to collections even though this entire thing was their fault. THEN my insurance paid ATI in full and ATI NEVER contacted their third party collections to tell them it was paid. This place was an absolute nightmare to deal with and I would never recommend this place.
