Horrid service from Management and Staff that clearly HATE their jobs and take their aggressions out on to their customers. Behind the counter in food prep area is FILTHY with their garbage overflowing onto the floor, prep sink multicolored streaks splattered with nastiness, dirty cooking trays piled anywhere. This is my experience EVERY TIME I go to this Popeyes on route 20 Porter Indiana TA Truck Stop. It had been an extremely very long time since my last visit, but today I thought fingers crossed for new friendly clean service.. BOY WAS I WRONG!! I feel bad for the truck drivers that have limited food choices at this stop.

Went online and ordered, I walk in a theres a line of about 10 people and even some people requesting refunds. I walk over to the pick up mobile orders here and get someones attention after a few minutes. I say I have an online orderIm, were not taking online orders at this time. What?! Then why have the option? They then inform me that I have to contact customer service for a refund. What a joke!

I try to avoid going to this location (Burns Harbor/Porter). The food is usually fine, but the restaurant and service is not. I have learned that it is better to just travel a little further to the Valparaiso location.

Ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders meal. I bought 2 of them OMG they where so flat no chicken at all just sad won't go back even the sides were small really small..
