        Amazing place to live I looked at many apartments and none of them compare to these I chose these because of how great they really are. The price is hard to beat and Cheryl who runs the place is very very good to you its a one of a kind place to live at and I promise you that you will not regret your choice to live here.

        This is my second year living here, and I love it. They aren't extra nice, as they are aged, but they fit the price and make a great first apartment. The buildings are well-insulated (I run my heat at about 68 and keep it on most of the time and the gas bill runs about $30/month max), and the new management (Paulie Puckett) is so kind. It is much quieter, cleaner, and more spacious than the newer apartments close to campus and much more worth the price.
