This is in regard to their office at 431 West Main Street Richmond, IN 47374.
I parked in the small lot behind their building for approximately 45 minutes due to not being able to find parking for a neighbor of theirs. When I returned to my vehicle I was approached by a woman from this office and she was very rude. She asked if I was a client of theirs and when I said no, she asked me who I was visiting and why I was parking in their private lot. I explained the situation, apologized, and pointed out there was no signage so I figured it would be fine for the short time I needed.
Moral of this story, as soon as I said I wasn't a paying customer she wanted nothing to do with me and did not care what the situation was and how you treat a stranger is a better reflection of your values than how you treat a paying customer. Please consider this when considering who receives your business.
