        UPS Richmond Indiana, the staff is terrible everyone has a bad attitude.If you don't like you job you should get a new one.Ill drive to Muncie next time the staff was great there.

        The employee was very helpful and even went a little out of his way to make sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied. He did a great job! I had a huge awkward box and he answered all of my questions.
