Acculevel Foundation Repair

My basement has been stubbornly wet through two visits by Acculevel, but I’ve been very impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile to fix the problem and take good care of their customers. There’s clearly a true commitment to client satisfaction here.

They added carbon straps in basement and did slab jacking and added a pier on the main level. Their sales and contact guy was always available to discuss issues and make adjustments. He even came to my house to look at something that was an issue for me on a weekend. Later that night he fielded more of my questions from his boat on lake Monroe.

Victor Bravo and his team did a complete makeover of very nasty mud floor crawl space making it clean, dry and leveled my floors. Great job. I’m completely satisfied and would highly recommend Acculevel and my contact Brian Smith. Great updates and follow up.
