I took my wifes car here to have the transmission checked because we were having some issues with the car. Before i actually brought the car in, I spoke with Kara and asked if they accepted my wifes warranty and she had me forward the information via text to confirm. Kara stayed in touch with me as well until i was able to bring the car in to be diagnosed. Mason test drove and diagnosed the vehicle and found out that there were no issues with the transmission and that it was actually a mis fire in the car. Mason also took out the time to take me on a test drive with him while explaining to me how the transmission works and shifts and what the cars condition was as well. They could have easily made up a lie or told me anything but the truth about my wifes car, but instead these are honest, caring, concerned hard working individuals who cares about their customers and want to make sure that your car is repaired correctly. I am very elated with greatfulness and appreciation for the overwhelming kindness from these individuals. They refered me to a professional shop that could perform the repairs on the vehicle as well as provided me with a loaner car to continue getting to work while my wifes car is being repaired. I PRAY THAT THAT GOD WILL BLESS THE LIVES OF EACH AND EVERY INDIVIDUAL AT K&M. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. THIS IS WHAT A 5 STAR BUSINESS DOES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!! ONCE AGAIN , K&M ROCKS!!
