If I could leave negative stats I would. Their policy for cancellation is horrible. If your closed am I to call and cancel? I made appointment on Thursday afternoon for Friday morning. You dont open till my appointment time. How am I suppose to call. Then you want to charge me a fee. If I made the appointment a week prior then cancel last minute then that is different. Not to mention your first time visit they charge more. Then, if youre a regular client. My experience w the stylist was horrible as well. I wont get into that. But I left with my scalp burnt and uneven hair tone. Not happy at all.

I apologize that you are having concerns about our cancellation policy, here is direct quote of our policy for everybody to read. “We ask our guests to give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel any service reservation; this includes any part of your service. This notification allows us to fill your time if you cannot attend so we can accommodate other guests of the salon. When scheduling any reservation at the salon please remember that the stylist’s time is reserved exclusively for you and by not giving us proper notification of a cancellation it costs time and revenue for the stylist and salon. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call during regular business hours.” A standard policy for any business that takes appointments. You scheduled a reservation on Wednesday the 14th at 3:03pm for Friday the 16th at 9am, not on Thursday the 15th as you stated, so you had over 24 hours to cancel. See attached photo link of your reservation log. As for not being able to get a hold of us on Friday morning before 9 am, you are correct, when the business is closed there is nobody here to answer the phones but there are still multiple ways to contact us. 1st is via Facebook messenger, 2nd is via Instagram messenger, 3rd is email, and 4th there is a contact form on our website, none of which you used to try to cancel your 9am reservation. You called at 9:15 in the morning to cancel a supposedly 12pm reservation as you state on the phone, see attached call recording, while your 9am was already in a no-show status. I went so far as to look at our call log to see if you called in before we opened on Friday, and I discovered not a single call was attempted from any number overnight. You also stated that you were not happy with your last service that happened on November 10th of 2023, we would have been more than happy to accommodate you in some way had you called in to let us know that you were not happy but after listening to your phone call with our receptionist you were just wanting compensation for that reservation on your Friday the 16th reservation, unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you 3 months later. So, after you basically did not show on your reservation, we asked for a credit card to be placed on file so if you decide to no-show again the stylist would get paid.
