Vic is very service-minded.  He is extremely knowledgeable in HVAC, and his prices are fair.  Most importantly, he will bend over backwards to help people facing loss of heat and a/c.  I wish others would learn how to run a customer-service business like Vic does.

In a world where it seems like every service business you call is "too busy", Vic's Professional Service shines above the  rest. I had to call on him several times and he does what he can to help. Vic does a terrific job making you feel like you can count on him. His work is high quality, clean and very thorough , from full install to just a maintenance cleaning call. Vic communicates issues in a simple and cost effective way. I highly recommend his company without any hesitation!
