DO NOT order a cake online to be picked up here unless you want to pay for a cake and never actually get it. Despite an order confirmation and the money being taken out of my bank account they have zero information on my order and cant make the cake. Nor can they refund my money.

This is supposed to be a Reeses sundae! This is not what I ordered and for $10, this is NOT worth it! This is Garbage and looks nothing like the picture. I called but the number isnt working smh

Service at this location is awful. I was told to pull forward for two small basic shakes. I then watched as cars that arrived after me received their orders. I ended up having to go inside to get my order because the girl working was chatting with a friend who was there visiting her. Very rude. I won't be back.

I went there yesterday July 16 at 3:30pm. There was 1 car in the lot , with an elderly lady checking the doors. I asked if they were closed. She said the inside is. I drove around to drive away and noticed a car at the window. I got in line to get an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. The 2 young teenagers, were goofing around. I said you need a sign to say the drive through is open. They giggled and said it wasnt their job. I asked for a cake , they came back with a description of flavors and I picked one. The girl on the register continued to giggle as the price kept changing on the screen. She said 32.09 and I paid her in cash. When I got home I realized the price on the cake was clearly 24.99 and not 29.99. Because they were goofing around and giggling, they over charged me. It was obvious That there was no one managing them. I went back today to get my change back and again, no manager on duty, so I couldnt get my change. I tried calling the number to get a fax sound.
