        I ordered a custom anniversary ring to match my engagement ring with a specific size of diamonds. There was a very small band of diamonds already attached to my engagement ring. That ring cost $600.00. What I received back was a small band of diamonds. That custom ring cost me over $1900.00. I told them that is not want I ordered and wanted the ring removed from my band and refunded. Surprise and beware they do not refund custom rings. So I am stuck with a very expensive tiny band of diamonds. I was duped. Update: disputed above mishap through credit card company and won dispute. Please, Please, Please use your credit card with this jewelry store.

        Wife and I visited to see about a repair to her wedding set. They were very helpful and informative. Gave us a full range of options. Very patient with us. Decided to have a new custom made band made with her original diamonds. Took a couple of weeks which is what they described. I must say the ring exceeded our expectations. Can't speak highly enough about the craftsmanship. It's impeccable! I would anticipate quite a few compliments will be coming her way.

      Hi Annette, I'm so sorry for your recent experience at our shop. Any custom made item is never refundable or returnable. We custom made a wedding band to the exact specifications of your current wedding band attached to your wedding ring. There are other options for wedding bands that are mass-produced and we could have ordered out of a book that are much cheaper but would not have been matched your ring at all. Custom designing something is much different than just ordering something off the internet or buying something out of a catalog. We have all the documentation that you signed and everything was exactly what you asked for and agreed upon. You told us another jewelry store quoted you $3000 to do the exact same work we did. We are truly sorry that you feel upset about anything but we did exactly what you asked for and we cannot help that you found something else after we had already created and completed the work. I'm sure you understand that we cannot just scrap our days of work because you found something else after the fact.
