My experience with Direct Mortgage was one of extreme satisfaction. The assistance to close this loan, which was provided by Mary Ledcke, Pam Shosey and Michelle Jacinto, was an experience which should be the norm for all loan applicants. These three individuals went above and beyond their normal duties to assist with getting this loan funded and closed. There were issues related to financial documentation on a previous loan which was never received by myself in almost 2 years. Not having this documentation could have caused this loan to not close. But the ladies above really went to bat to assist with getting this issue resolved by all means necessary. I will forever sing their praises.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our home back in 2021, and when our relator referred us to Michelle Jacinto's team of Direct Mortgage Loans we were immediately welcomed by their personable and comprehensive loan intake process. Their ability to make their clients feel comforted in such a stressful process was invaluable. Shout out to Heyden Smith who helped us finalize the whole process. As we look into the future for our potential investment property it is a no brainer on who we are going to partner with.

I am not sure if race is an issue here; however, I have spoken to two loan servicers on two different occasions (The first was to purchase my current home, and the other to get information regarding obtaining a loan under my LLC.). In both instances, these servicers were rude and unwelcoming. I do not recommend Adam Siegelbaum or Julie Spangler to service your loan.

It had been a while since we've been through the process of homebuying. The Jacinto Team was with us out the gate ! They answered every question, was very knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a home or refinancing a home. The experience was quite stressful, but they were always encouraging and motivating our spirit. Great Job !!
