        I absolutely love OT Nails! Bin and Amy are so talented, my nails always turn out beautiful. My favorite thing about the salon is they take appointments so no waiting forever. The salon is new, clean, and they have so many gel and dip color options to choose from.

        I had a horrible experience this afternoon on April 3rd with the technician at Table 2. She was on her phone the whole time, quietly talking to someone, so I couldnt discuss anything that needed fixing during my service. After we were done, I told her my nails were uneven and there were a couple of snags. She seemed agitated I told her at payout, when she was the one on the phone the the whole time! Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her work was also sloppy. I had bubbles and the edges were jagged so I had to file them myself when I got home. Do not recommend.
