      image I am so completely impressed and pleased with the Hungry Hound store in St John, and now with their grooming! Melody was nothing short of AMAZING! I have a 15 year old dog that has always been anxious at the groomersuntil now! She was awesome with my girls, and even managed to calm mom!!!
      I rarely post like this, but I am so pleased with my experience I wanted to share!!!!

      image It was my first time coming here an walking in the staff was so polite to me an my fur baby they cut her hair just right. Every other place I went to my dog had the runs right after an was shaking like crazy :( but not this time she came out so happy an playing I will always come back here thank you so much Ashley for taking awesome care of my baby she looks beautiful

      image Amazing experience! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I only needed a second to look into my dogs eyes to know he was taken care of in the best way possible. Ali the groomer went above and beyond my expectations. She listened carefully and patiently to all of my concerns. I am extremely grateful. Thank you to everyone at Hungry Hounds!

      image I went to this place 10 years ago & gave them my info to sign up for rewards or something (big mistake). Haven't been back in 10 years and hardly ever check the old email used back then. All of a sudden I start getting weekly emails for their newsletter & then it also signed me up for a bunch of spam emails.
      That's ridiculous to keep customer info that long & sign them up for junk mail.
      Common sense, if someone hasn't been there in 10 years most likely they don't care to receive your newsletters.
      On top of that, they were trying to get ahold of someone who has the same last name so they sent me emails for that person & even gave me that person's info including their phone # and address.
      BE CAREFUL GIVING A PLACE LIKE THIS YOUR INFO, they keep it on file to use at a much later time.
