Be Formidable, LLC

I have been going to Be Formidable for almost two years and the expertise and knowledge of the trainer is second to none! The fitness and boxing classes are high intensity and the Krav Maga classes have taught me in such a short time how to protect and defend myself in any situation where my life may be in danger. Most of all, there is such a caring and fun vibe from George and his family that makes it so much fun to show up! I would recommend Be Formidable to anyone!

Its not often you find instructors like George! He makes classes both fun and challenging in the best ways. You dont get bored going to the gym because each class is different and the environment is always positive! This place has definitely set the standard and you wont be disappointed!

After trying multiple gyms and workouts I have found the one that has gotten me in my best shape. This is no franchise with one size fits all workout. No workout is the same. Every workout challenges each individual and training is at a one to six ratio, so George can ensure that the form and substance is perfect for each student! Whether you are an early morning person or an after work person the hours are great for all...definitely the place to go!

Simply put, George is the best! Great work out no matter the class (though I have several favorites). He is so patient and has a way of bringing out the best in everyone that comes through the door. Having recently had a double knee replacement, I had serious anxiety about hurting myself and doubts about my ability to take part in class. I participate fully in class, and I know that, because of George, my range of motion is far better than it would have been if I didn't go to Be Formidable. The functional workouts make doing every day tasks easier. I would not be where I am today without him. He is one of a kind. I can't say enough about him. Best instructor ever...period.
