Community Hospital Outpatient Center Immediate Care, St John

Went to the urgent Carre this morning. The ladies at the reception desk were so nice. I was greeted by a RN named Leah. I beleive that was her name. She had a smile. When she saw I was almost in tears she took the time to comfort me and took my vitals and etc.Dr Musutti came in and was unbelievable, nice and comforting. Another nurse by the name of Roberta came in to help prepare for my exam. She to was so nice. She was a big help. I am in a wheelchair so it can be difficult for me to move around and get dressed. Roberta stayed and helped me get dressed and got me to the bathroom very quickly. She even offered to stay and help me in the bathroom. No one does that anymore. I thought I could wait and call my doctor on Monday but I am happy I went in today. 4/6/24. Thank you.

Gone here for a couple years now. In the past few years they have really increased their customer care. Wait times have gone down. Speed and efficiency of waiting for labs and appointments has improved. Use of MyChart gives instant access to results, appointments, follow up and scheduling. Immediate care entrance is on the west side of the building. Not the main entrance.

Got here at 8:30 i get it was a little busy was told that there was an hour wait time. Its currently 11:30 Ive seen people who have been in the waiting room for 10 minutes get called in before me. Im still currently sitting here barely able to breathe and my throat feels like razor blades. If the wait was gonna be this long let me go home and text me when I can get it because this is ridiculous. In a lot of pain Im drained and seems like very few people here care.
