due to the fact where I live tends to flood often, my basement has had two floods in the past several years that required flooring and dry wall repair. its only my mom and I at the house and we were at a loss at how to handle such extensive damage. due to the outstanding service we received (e.g., completely removing the water within 24 hours) and the reasonable cost of services after the first flood, it made sense for us to call them again after the second flood.
