They are they the best! Every blind was measured perfectly and installed properly. They exceeded my expectations. And really liked how I got text messages to remind me of my appointment. Overall, I highly recommend Namco!

Hasan Moffit did a fantastic job from measuring to installing my Bali blinds. Fit perfectly! He was professional, efficient, on time, kept in contact and offered suggestions and answered my questions. The best!!

My frustration starts with my appointment but ending how this company is ran my fist call into spoke to a Jordan who was literally arguing with me ended up hanging up the phone on me! I don't know that professional, When I asked to speak to a manager claimed she is the manger., then I recalled spoke to a Jennifer who was nice and polite explained.

Hazen did a fantastic job with the measurement and installation of my Bali Layered Shades! The blinds fit the windows perfectly! He even gave me a recommendation for what to do with the long blinds on the back door to anchor them down so I wouldn't have to drill another hole in the door. I appreciated his advice. He is super personable and I'd highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a honest person with who does great work in a timely manner!
