Apparently valentines Day, last-minute shoppers is an easy mark for these people to make a few extra bucks! Terrible place will lie and screw anyone over for a buck

Long but worth the read!
I received one of my late grandmothers rings for my birthday on January 8. It needed to be taken down a few sizes to wear it comfortably. I dropped it off at Buds in Salem on January 8, where the lady at the counter (super nice lady) told me that the ring was not real and could not be resized. I assured her that the ring was real and it had been in our family for decades, and the reason it didnt have an imprint on the inside is because my grandma had gotten it resized before. She ended up taking it and after a week I got a call asking if I would be willing to pay 50.00 for the resize. I said of course and let them go ahead and fix it. I then get a call 20 minutes later and she had forgotten we spoke and told me it would be 75.00. I was fine with it either way. I got one more call 3 weeks later letting me know the ring was ready for pickup. The caller ID said Corydon which is not where i dropped it off. I was okay with driving to Corydon so i made the trip to pick it up today even though I was never told the ring would have to go to Corydon to be resized. When i got to the store in Corydon, they wanted to charge me 164.00!! I politely let them know I would not be paying that and i ended up paying 65.00. Overall the ring looks great but the communication between the two stores is less than desirable. Would not recommend for your jewelry needs.

Took a ring in to have it thickinged up, said it would be 50 dollar's 100 max. Try 225 and it's thin as hell. This is a cheap gold ring I've had for years that's very special, I've had this done twice over the years and was always happy with the work and price. I told them I wouldn't be back the guy in the back that quoted me the price said I didn't do it, well yes, yes you did. You ripped this costumer off. Crooks
