Far too many water issues. No communication with residents for boil water advisories that I can find.
City Facebook page when I click on it to look tells me I dont have permission to view. Yet we have to pay higher prices. At least we can flush the toilet. That I am thankful for.

They keep telling me I have a leak and Ive had it checked out and they keep trying to charge me $400 for my water bill and if I dont pay it they will disconnect my water with me having an almost 4 month old baby

Too many water outages, poor water pressure and poor after hours service. The City does not effectively communicate to the public regarding service issues. Poor after hours phone, email and website platforms for customers to get updated information when there are service failures. 24/7 utilities should be managed better. This is 2021, not 1921.

Water leaking since last Wednesday, no water pressure, called said work order in. But don't know when they will repair, u can see the leak, but they have to wait, well the wait is on me.
