My partner and I want to thank Tim for taking the time to discuss the Medicare process after moving from Florida to Indiana. It shouldn't be a confusing process but there are certain options that are regulated by states. We advised Tim upfront that we had already discussed our situation with two other local companies, Regardless, Tim gave us respectful and even more helpful information to consider that hadn't previously been offered. Tim suggested we keep our individual coverage options intact. We won't hesitate to seek further advisement during "open enrollment".

Follow up from Melissa until the plan went through was helpful. Info on differences between adult children under 25 qualifying under work insurance but not marketplace was new information that helped. The agent gave us feedback on what hospital networks and differences in coverage went with different marketplace providers. Very pleased.
