If I could give 0 stars instead of 1 I would. Extremely unprofessional facility. The physical therapist treats infants like objects extremely rough and not in the least bit gentle. Had the worst bedside manner and didnt even attempt to interact. Not to mention her hair was falling into my babys face, she didnt even have the decency to put her hair up. Will not be returning to this facility and will not be recommending this facility to anyone

I wish I could give 0 stars. We took our 4 month old here and it was horrible. Did not bother to interact with him to start off, just took him and started stretching him which made him mad and set the negative tone for the rest of the appointment. She assumed he had torticollis based on dr notes(all we mentioned to our pediatrician was we thought he had possible torticollis issues when he was newborn) without even evaluating him. The first thing she said to us was about scheduling for a certain diagnosis(again didnt even have him out of the carseat yet) and all appointment talked about scheduling. Her hair was all in his face, he was spitting up and crying so hard but she kept pushing him. We eventually grabbed him away from her to calm him down so he can actually be evaluated correctly. My husband is a physical therapist and said everything she did was it being done effectively. She based her session as if our 4 month old was an adult. She even asked how many levels we have in our home and if he will be going down stairs? Hes 4 months old!!! The fact bcthat she diagnosed him without even holding him is ridiculous. You can tell they just care about the money. She did not give us exercises to do at home. A few days after the appointment I noticed in MyChart that she went ahead and scheduled us appointments for the next few weeks without us! Super unprofessional, uneducated, and money driven. Stay clear of them!

Practitioner Rhodes is a paragon of the medical profession. She exemplifies all the attributes of what a PCP should be. Excellent care, prompt response time and medical brilliance. 11/10 shes aces.

The professionalism at this location is absolutely repulsive. We had been using this facility for multiple children over an 8 yr span. In May of 2021, 2 of my children were sharing 2 back to back time slots. Our speech therapist, Julie Quasny was pregnant and my 9 yr old was a little too much in her personal space so we decided to continue with our 6 yr old taking over our time slots until she delivered. When she returned from maternity leave, she continuously blew off requests for our older son to return. In May of this year, our younger son was having issues due to medication. I requested a 3 week break. If that could not be accommodated, I offered to bring my older son in to reclaim his slot. Julie recommended we take a 3 month break for med adjustments. I obliged. My son was expected to return to therapy on Sept 6. I called to verify and not only did they change my time slot, they also gave 1/2 my son's ot therapy time away. When questioned, I was told they couldn't hold slots that long even though it was recommended by their therapist. I was also told my original time slots were given to a "priority" patient. How kind of them to skip past the other people on their waitlist. Considering the nature of this facility, you'd think ALL patients would be a priority. Julie claims she was overridden by her supervisor Vicky. When speaking to Vicky, I'm told the other child has failure to thrive which is why they are a priority over mine. I'm sure the parent of that child would love to know her child's medical history is being disclosed to random clients. Sounds a little like a HIPPA violation to me. After two weeks of going back and forth with Vicky and her assistant Laurie, I realized this issue is not going to be resolved in office. After requesting Vicky's supervisor's phone number, I received a disconnected number. Call Vicky back to get the correct number and of course as usual, it goes to voice-mail. Long story short, if you want your child to be treated like a paycheck and their medical info shared with random strangers, Omni is the place to go. If not, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
