I just bought a home and worked with The Klein PRO Team, specifically Heather Klein, who represents Berkshire Hathaway Executive Realty. I do not like going public and complaining but I’m wondering how many other people haven’t spoken up regarding her unprofessional conduct. She did not answer emails from my lender and always had a poor attitude. Then blamed my lender for not being prepared at closing when she wouldn’t respond to them. In fact, in the final closing days I had to go through the builder to get a document in order for my lender to complete their paperwork. I just left a review on their Facebook page and she first stated she has never worked with me so I will post an email with her name on it like I did there. She then replied to my review and posted the street my home is on which is personal information and extremely unprofessional. I apologize for this poor review regarding your company because I’m sure not everyone is like this however Heather is not professional and represents you poorly.
