As of today, March 28, 2024, I am broken down in my driveway. This will be the 2nd repair needed for this car since I purchased it in Oct 2023, not even 6 months yet. And of course, to talk to Jeff himself is a rarity because he is either out of town or on vacation. His front desk staff or finance mgr have an unwillingness to try to help, unlike Jeff. Maybe more CS training is in order. If Jeff is in the office and you are fortunate enough to get to talk with him, you will get help, but if not, you're going to be sitting broken down with the attitude as I was just told, "You bought used merchandise, honey." So what is this, buy as is and it's your bad fortune if something goes wrong in such a short period of time? I CAUTION BUYERS & say BE AWARE OF YOUR POTENTIAL VEHICLE PURCHASE HERE! And forget customer service when the boss is out of town :( I won't buy from you again, Jeff! I love you and your wife. You are good people, but from other testimonials besides your #5s on here and my personal experience with your front desk and finance mgr while you are away is enough to keep me away Went in today 1/25/2024 Jeff and Angie both took time with me and were wonderful in taking care of my purchase from Oct. I love my SUV and listen! If you have issues with a purchase, give them a chance to help make it right. THEY WILL. THANKS Angie & Jeff You are Good People We purchased a vehicle on Oct 7, 2023. Today is Oct 24th, and things are still not squared away with all the paperwork or the pay-off on my trade-in as agreed. I have been assured it will be paid off before the grace period is up this Friday, the 28th. By the way, I have NEVER been late on that vehicle payment. I have learned a valuable lesson with this purchase ; When one makes a decision, base it on logic and PATIENCE, not on excited emotions! And stick to your decision. We should have waited 2 more days for Centra Bank to get a much better interest rate for one thing not to mention Centra already knows us well and likely I would not have to produce copies of our licences again still dealing with paperwork to be processed, instead of" oh you've been approved, you can drive out of here today. Yeah, dummy me at a 10.49% interest rate! I am truly hoping I don't regret my decision in purchasing from Jeffrey's Auto Good Customer service with the owner but not front desk staff and financing mgr. Way too pricey on some for high mileage vehicles
