I love my nurse practitioner I have always felt listened to and feel like my needs are met and dealing with the condition I have it makes it so much better Would recommend to anyone

If your looking for a place where the doctors will actually treat you than this is not the place you want to go but hey at least they are getting paid by your insurance.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I arrived at the office at 3:45pm, they do not close until 5:00pm, and there was literally 1 person in the waiting room. When I was checking in, the lady upfront said give her a second she needed to check something in the back, then came back upfront and said they were just too busy to see my son. I have been to different urgent cares, and have always been told as long as youre here before we close, you will be seen. This lady could tell my son was in pain but could care less, said, You can come back in the morning. No thank you, I will never be back. They truly do not care.

I chose Dr Lemming for my GP as he was one of the few options for a male doctor in my area. Appointment was easy to set up and convenient to visit. He was very professional, courteous and considerate, listening to all my concerns and recommending some tests for follow up discussion. I was very comfortable with him. However, as is constantly the case in health care today when it comes to male patients, I repeatedly had female assistants forced on me when I had very good reasons to choose a male GP. They expected me to discuss my symptoms with them rather than with the doctor and I was made to feel very uncomfortable. My follow up appointment never happened, with Schneck again forcing a female assistant on me to discuss my lab results over the phone and I was unable to see the doctor to ask questions or to discuss the further options originally brought up. Mens privacy and dignity continues to be systemically dismissed in health care compared to womens, which is respected at every turn. I wonder if it would be just as acceptable if this situation was reversed? I guess staff entitlement and double standards are more important than my current health.
