I65 Studio Suites

Almost all guests are long term. This is more like an apartment building instead of a hotel. It is mostly locals that rent it by the week. Rooms: Most of the rooms have been remolded but I have heard some are not in good shape. Safety: Not a very safe place. The cops are there often. Noteworthy details: If you are traveling I would not stay here!!

I65 gets a 5 Star from me and I plan on staying there again for business or vacation. Perfect location: walking distance to Walmart, restaurants, fast-foods and Expressway. The manager Brandon Priest went OVER and BEYOND to accommodate me from the reserving the PERFECT downstairs kitchenette room, to moving in and checking out etc..... Also, I extend Thanks to Brandon's entire staff: Steve, Matt. and the female employees, I forgot some names please forgive me but everyone was AWESOME & professional. In conclusion, me and my other Travel coworkers notice a good job with the renovations. There is more positive reviews I read and agree with than negative. Teresa Ward Jan - March 2024 P.S. Yes, I did receive my deposit back and I appreciate everything about I65. Rooms: The rooms are very spacious equipped with 2 queen beds or if solo one queen bed. Nice TV, good size Kitchenette too. Great room size with affordable prices that surpasses any other Hotel we stayed in. Nearby activities: A Post Office, Park, Car wash and Library all less than 10 minutes away from I65 Studio. Walkability: In walking distance to popular restaurants and fast-food like Wendys, McDonald's, Waffle House, Pizza Hut and even Walmart.

Nobody gets their deposit back no matter what. The main manager is a complete arrogant prick, judgemental and really rude. Sewage backed up completely into the hallways, water shut off without warning. People who aren't supposed to have master keys going into people's rooms and taking what they want. Good place to live area is very accessible for anyone. I would recommend it to anyone
