        Been in contact with Mike from admissions. He scheduled to do a home visit to get my grandmother in and stood us up and then said he forgot to let the nurse know. I went in to ask for help with the process of getting her in and he was not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in helping me. Sad because this is the admission person and face of their company.
