        They didn't finish my return when promised. I had dropped them off and had been promised that they would be done in 3 days. I finally had to go and sit in the office on the last night to file and wait for them to finish. When they were done I told them that I never get that large of a return and they said that they were that good and didn't miss any deductions. I discovered later that night that they had filed me in the wrong county. They amended it 2 days later and I had to send a check to the state for over $800.6 months later I got a notice that I owed $90 in penalties. They did not honor their guarantee.
