Drive thru was fast and friendly. I got a blueberry latte and a blueberry lemon scone. The blueberry really shined in the latte. The scone had great flavor and texture. The staff I interacted with were fantastic. I don't like the set up where they have to verbally ask if you want to leave an optional tip vs just letting you select what to tip in the POS system. Look out for the sharp turn going from the ordering speaker to the drive thru window--it's very easy to get too close and scrape by the bushes there.

I once ordered a cold late without ice and they gave me the late half empty, as if I pay for ice, Petty service. More importantly, its extremely unprofessional and rude to ask "Would you like to leave an optional tip" when I pass over my card or "do you want your change back" after giving cash. It couldn't be more tacky to ask a customer that, and it turns an enthusiastic tipper into annoyed customer. Asking for a tip corners a person, and in turn makes them feel obligated, which is why they do it. Truly icky. God forbid a customer says no and they have to drive away wondering if they got decaf or worse. Result is still the same though, asking for a tip taints the experience and your coffee tastes like desperation.
