Update:
the Sellersberg location has awful customer service. I've been trying to talk to someone about a rental for 2 weeks, no one will answer questions when I call, and the "rental guy" won't return messages.
Your store could learn alot from the Palmyra location. Have thier manager run your store. They have some of the best customer service anywhere
