Online order, gave me the wrong items completely. Like why am I paying higher prices for cheaper quality stuff that I didn't order. -_-

Waiting 45 minutes for an order we had to place ourselves on the kiosk and couldnt get a worker to come up and get an update was absurd. There were people waiting well over that time and no apologies. The kitchen was disgusting with food all over the floor and counters. There was a grub hub driver that was waiting for her food and they kept telling her it was on the way. An hour later! Asked for a manager and the blonde girl walked off and stood at the make line. We woo never come back and the grub hub worker said she will never take an order that is from Taco Bell.

40+ minute wait for online order.
Dirty building
0 service
People wiping sweat from their faces then touching food with same hands and limbs.
Inappropriate touching going on behind counter.
This place is a huge dumpster fire.
Edit: Ended up taking an hour for our food. Building was only focused on their active drive through. Seemed to probably have skipped the take out orders on purpose and lost them.
No employees helped or spoke to us upon entry and saw us standing and waiting for at least 30 minutes before coming from behind the line to see if we needed help.
Got my food and checked the bag and even then was still missing a taco. Had that corrected then left. Got home and part of the food was incorrectly made. Also not a surprise from here.

We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to take our order then when they did it was wrong we wanted to dine in but as usual you get a bag even if you want to dine in you get then their ice maker in the lobby was broke and there werent any sauces or forks stocked we had to ask a new guy for some needless to say we will be going to scottsburg indiana taco bell from now on
