Garr Funeral Home

I was recommended this funeral home to cremate our miscarried babygirl born at 14 weeks. We are absolutely devestated and we were handled with nothing but love, compassion, respect and care. I cant believe how selfless and kind these people are in what they do. Thank you for taking care of my baby and providing me with the peace and comfort of knowing she will always be able to be with me, and providing us with all of this for free out of the kindness of your hearts. Not many places offer free services for babies and children. God Bless you all.

I can not express into words how compassionate and caring Stacey Tompkins and the staff of Garr Funeral were during the arrangements for my dad. After Stacey finished with one funeral, he drove all night to New York to pick up my dad from that funeral home, turned around and drove another 10 hours to get my dad back home in Indiana. He done my Dad very proud who is an Air Force Veteran. I am very grateful for Stacey and his staff! Thank you from the bottom of my heart~Rhonda Fenwick-King

I can't thank Garr Funeral Home enough. They did the funeral, viewing and burial. Then later I needed someone to set the stone and they were more than willing to do it. They did a great job and let me know fairly quickly when it was done. Thank you for helping me during this time.

Recently my wife,Margaret, passed after a long illness. Garr Funeral Home provided the showing and burial services. All involved at Garr including Stacy and Lee were sensitive to our needs and understood the stress and sorrow the family was experiencing. They were highly professional.

Please use a sign to quiet others in the funeral home during a service! It was extremely difficult to listen to people making jokes in the hallways while our service was being conducted!!!! Otherwise, this is a lovely place that provides good service to grieving families.
