      image Left me a message to call them back without leaving the reason for the call. Called back to find out it was just to try to sell me insurance. Very annoying

      image I had a bad experience it was about just looking over my policy and he acted like it was such an inconvenience. Last interaction I had with him just wanted to make sure we were getting the best rate as possible as it has went up a lot over the last 3 years and all he said it was up to date then hung up on me. Might have been having a bad day. Who knows.
