Their insured totalled my car on Friday. It is now the following Thursday. I've had to call them several times. Wreck report not in, they've not been able to reach their client. As of Wednesday the wreck report was ready. I called today, no answer. Left a message. It is a holiday and I am a widow with NO way to go get groceries, which was the plan when their insured ran a light and totalled my car.
The insurance carrier is Auto Owners through this company. Wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. The claims agent acts like she can't be bothered. Very bad customer service, very poor initiative to solve the problem.

They jacked up my rate over 20% during the third month of the pandemic while I was unemployed however was unable to receive unemployment. I was told they raised everybodies rates 20% and that it was standard. Also, they have very poor customer service and care little to none about their customers. You are better off being insured by a rock.
