I am writing this review
About a company who fails to double check their realtors. I purchased a home that one of their selling agents sold for a person in humble recently.
1.She failed to check out the information provided by the client, providing false information.
2.There has been over 3000 worth of repairs which they seemed to have knowm about, because they put that down at closing cost.
3. The home was left dirty with live roaches a broke down stove and a filthy toliet left behind.
4. The seller tried to make money off of things they did not want to pay too have removed from the home.
5. They also left trash out in front of the home the day of closing. I should have backed out then.
6. This home purchase has cost me more than it should have.$4000 worth of Untold damage which needed repair prior to moving in and when it was brought to their attention that the home was not clean and they provided false information on the listing,
7. This agent then claim it wasn't her fault. Because that was what the client told her she never checked for accuracy.
8. I have had nothing but buyers remorse with this property. But I purchased it and told the agent that I was not impressed because the house was left filthy upon moving out as well as with roaches. And when the agent was informed she decided to give fifty dollars towards three hundred and fifty dollars worth of cleaning, so it would be move in ready.
9. Beware of this company until they clean their act up. And it was a female realtor that represented that home in humble texas.
10. The reason I'm writing this, I am a veteran and this is how they do veterans or just this veteran. But i'm here so other veterans will not have deal with that type of experience.
