      image Well I never saw anybody personally there I rented a storage online and made my payments online it was always accessible especially when the gate was broken wide open so I didn't know any money I thought when I moved out cuz I moved out before the next payment was due and I have $80 owed to him now for some reason I don't know why they raised the rental on me without notification of it so that's about all I got to say about him then give me no problems cuz I never saw anybody except for when they raise the rental of it so I got to say about that

      Charles, thank you for taking the time to review Lockup Storage. You moved in 9/22/23 and moved out 12/30/23. Your rent was $55 per month and did not change for the short period of time you rented. You were assessed a $25 late fee during your last month brining the total to $80, which you did not pay not do we plan to come for that payment unless you want to abide by the lease terms and make that payment. Per the lease terms, you must notify us when you are moving out. We received no notice. If we would have been informed then this would all be a non issue. Again, this is clearly marked in the lease agreement. Also, we did have temporary gate issues that were resolved a quickly as possible. Often times, these issues can arise which is why we insist renters have tenant insurance or tenant protection. Thanks again for renting from Lockup Storage and hopefully this response helps clear up any confusion.
