      image tried to get my taxes done online. it was taking a while longer than it normally does so i called. they said they couldn't process it because it was an out of state tax form attached, yet no one called me to tell me?. then proceeded to give me a number to call to have them "push it through" because they couldn't,...it ended up being a h&r block from the state i was from and they said they weren't sure why i was referred to them and they couldn't do anything.... just did my taxes elsewhere. the people in Sellersburg were super nice on the phone just seemed like they did not know what they were doing or maybe need some more training. future reference to maybe give the client a call and let them know they didnt know how to process it instead of making a client wait. again super nice people.
