I just moved in, everyone in the office has been really helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my shower, I called at noon, it was lunch so maintenence came about 1 fixed my shower and were very friendly! So far so good!

Theressa the manager is a real piece of work.. Lying and being rude are 2 of her finest attributes!! Rent money came up missing after being turned in turned into her.. she lies right to your face... I find it really hard to believe how people like her retain employment. Maintenance men are super shady... They take forever to respond to work orders and more often than not, neglect to do anything proper!! black mold, bed bugs, roaches.. these are all complimentary upon Their Move In Special Offering as well.... 3rd World Countries have more respectable places and MANAGERS, rather than snobby rude Theressa whom thinks she's accomplished something in life failing her menial job position!! What a Joke..!!

Its Christmas Eve 2022! Super cold outside with ice & snow, winds & low temps; in the negative sometimes. Went to take gifts to family. Upon return, apartment kinda cold. I adjust the furnace & nothing. I called emergency maintenance number and left message. Within a half an hour, the maintenance man was here. Another .5 to 1 hour later, furnace is up and running. All this on Christmas Eve I am so very gracious to our maintenance man, David? God Bless him for his knowledge in fixing the furnace in a flash. The fan had tightened up. Not a little fix at all!!! He had to put another fan in. The furnace is running now!!! Merry Christmas!!! Happy & warm now!!!
