I have always complimented Jay c for their customer service but when I called I was put on hold twice and the 2nd time for 5 mins. I asked about a very important prescription which they told me needed a prior authorization and was told it wouldnt happen that day. I had to call the doctor to call them to get the correct info and then they told them they were out of stock and it would be 24 hours or more. I had to go to another pharmacy since they were out of stock and was told they dont do transfers so after spending 2 hours back in forth I was finally able to get at another pharmacy and was told I would have to go to their pharmacy to have prescription transferred to another one. They were aggravated and didnt want to give me accurate info so I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy where they make their customers feel important. I originally transferred from Walmart to Jay c bc Jay c had great customer service but now they went bc

Only pharmacy I go too. Workers are always kind. And always willing to help ya. Fast and reliable.

The ladies are so nice, I really enjoy seeing them and talking with them !! Do much so,, I am glad that the pharmacy doesn't have a drive thru !!

Most of the employees all seem to be miserable with their jobs. Short worded, rude and cold :( the wait times are ridiculous and it never fails I have to call and follow up with every prescription to make sure its done when its suppose to be done.
