    What started out to be a great experience was destroyed by poor customer service and bullying. We scheduled to have our system installed and everything was great. System got installed and we tried to pay for it at the time of install and was told we would be billed. I called in and tried to pay for it and was told the same thing except the lady I spoke with just acted like I completely was wasting her time. So fast forward a couple of weeks the salesman calls me like a bill collector acting like I am at fault for not paying the bill. I reversed his attitude with me quickly, I called into the office and reach out to the management with no resolve. I paid my bill today and assumed I spoke to the manager because once I stated I wanted to return he asked why and I told him and he just walked away. I am too old and worked to hard to be judged by anyone. Maybe this is a one off or maybe the right car was not in the driveway. But I can say for sure I will never do business with them. I have absolutely never been treated this poorly by anyone.

    Continually running out of salt. Have 3 account locations. Seems as though they are short staffed or out of salt . Even though I hate to bother calling and requesting it doesnt speed up their process.

    Was charged around $95 for a service call. It took them a minute to replace the part. Seems extremely high. There should be different levels of service charges.
